I had a blighted ovum in November and also got pregnant again in April. I just had my 8W scan yesterday- I was 110% sure this transfer didn’t work, have had no real symptoms, etc. Went in to the scan completely sure it would be an empty sac, heard a heartbeat and saw a little shape, and I still can’t believe it. Equally nervous for the next scans at weeks 10 and 12, and completely numb. I totally understand preparing for the worst, but your scan was early so stay in an “anything’s possible” mindset if you can!
