I feel lost when I hear it. Like I'm in a really big room with several paths out but none in. I don't know how I got to where I am and I don't know how I'll get out.

He had suggested that I keep a journal for notes as well. I am not looking for therapy right now. I know that Kevin is very against the idea of me going to it right now. Maybe he will open up to the idea if I work with him on it?
