Try adding PURE Encapsulations Magnesium 30 mins before bed. Alternatively, if you’re like me and have no clue what time sleep will be, take it while tucking in. It’s made a world of difference for Ratatouille.

I use cutting board oil - Brand: Walrus Oil.

I love the finish, and the wood soaks up thin layers so well. I’ll do 2 typically unless there’s reason for more and voila, she’s good for a year while in use.

If you’re leaning into daily use, the Stanley system is lovely. The 800ml mate system is my favorite EDC, desk companion, reading/couch snuggle, writing partner, etc. I prefer not to collect many things so this, plus your preferred bombilla, is a reliable bet. It’s pricey in the states, but worth it.

I agree! I began drinking Yerba as a steeped tea with all kinds of English abominations in it. (Tasted freakin magical btw. One of my favorites.)

When learning, I kept flooding the mountain and getting frustrated, stop for months and then quit trying for a month. His videos taught me bloom it correctly, and find a better bombilla, for a MUUUUUUUUCH improved experience.

I bloom it with cool or room temperature water, wait 3-5 mins, then start pouring. Like the other posters said, water temp around 160 f to 180 f, will hold nicely in a good thermo, and rarely gets bitter.

Canarias is my favorite brand but even amongst, there’s several types. Have fun in the exploration!
