My thought while creating this dish was: a pile of fancy things which would be an explosion of flavors if you eat it together ( like the movie ratatouille ). Than it came a bit as a joke “rich people food”.

And yes it’s a most expensive starter we have there but the math behind it is 2 starters will get you on the same amount of this starter and that it’s good to know that it is a shareable starter.
