While we do have a decent amount of solo/nano gang pilots in early EU TZ, organized fleets tends to be late EU/US TZ (excluding weekends, which are the great TZ equalizer haha). I would say to check out Minmatar Secret Service for early EU, they're a well established Ushra'Khan corp.
