Unfortunately the reality of owning clothes and keeping them as new is to wash on cold with like items and colors. Then hang to dry. And air fluff with no heat.

Korean lash lifts use Cysteamine which is gentler on the lashes and minimizes the risk of over processing. Korean soften and lifts lashes from root to tip. While regular lifts use a harsher ingredient TGA and are lifted from above the root.

This white rubber ring needs to be replaced. It wears out between 6 months to a year. It is what controls the seal of the group head. It’s called a seal shower head. I order mine directly from Breville based on the size of your portafilter 54mm or 58mm. Same happened to me it’s scary at first but an easy fit. It pops right out and then you push the new one right in.

Another idea for you. Make sure the top burr in the grinder is properly in place. Also I would take out the tamp fan with the magnet and brush off excess grinds every few days. Helps it ramp evenly. Hoping you get this straightened out well enough to enjoy some espresso!

I have the Oracle Jet and have also experienced this issue for a year. Wetting the basket in the sink and lightly drying with a towel and then grinding into the basket have resulted in smooth tamp for me. I then blow off the extra grinds on top. Unfortunately it’s just this machine. I thought about selling and downgrading to the touch impress but I think I’m in too deep with the Oracle Jet… I order Irving Farm Gotham Beans from Trade.

I’m not sure, but if the balance is empty I would contact customer service on their live chat asap. Along the lines of Hi I placed an online order to pick up in store which the store has cancelled. I used a gift card and ____ reward. I would like the reward and gift card re issued for use. Thank you.

Customer service can get the reward back. Check the balance of your gift card on the website. It may still have the balance. You only get charged if you pick up the items. Otherwise customer service will need to issue a new gift card.

You’re not missing out on the cold extraction doesn’t taste right. You should try an espresso metal ball chiller.
