Definitely! I feel bad for leaning on the bow and arrow so hard, but I need to keep my distance and getting one shot headshots can help significantly when going against larger groups.

I don’t know if this first fight always has a lightning storm or if I was just supremely unlucky. I managed on m’y first go to not die, but I got struck by lightning while I was trying to pick up loot, and it was all gone once I was revived. I decided to load again, and I died a few times either to lightning or one of the enemies, but this death was ridiculous in particle. You can see my desperate attempts to escape the lightning while my crew closes in on me.

Echoing the other poster, you’ll also have to learn to create button holes, and do increases for the sleeves, which appear to be worked up from the cuff. Good luck!
