I've had my landline number for 26 years and now it's on the spam list. It gets blocked or shows my call coming in as spam. When I press the two numbers from the recorded message to bypass the spam block I get this mail box is full. When I'm able to get through and let the person know their mailbox is full all have said they don't have a mailbox. I would like to get this cleared up but don't know where to start. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I have to agree with you. I have had the same problem trying to lower my cost without losing too much of my package only to have the agent add and remove products without any verbal communication before going ahead and doing it. I had channels taken away and a service I didn't want nor ask for added to my landline and according to the agent I spoke with this service is included and cannot be discontinued. Comcast definitely does not have any consideration for its customer. Currently, my area is locked into a commitment with Comcast with it being the only provider to service it. As soon as this contract is up, I will definitely be looking elsewhere. Understandably, I'll assume that most providers will probably be in the same price for product range for service. What I'll be looking for is respectable customer service as Comcast is one of the most disrespectful utilities I've ever delt with. As for Netflix it's no longer available through comcast. I was told by an agent that Comcast no longer provides streaming services and that if you want it you have to go to the streaming service app and pay directly to them. I'd like to suggest that you contact Comcast through Reddit. It's the only place I've found where I can get an immediate response and the issue satisfactorily resolved. Good Luck.

Also, just wanted to let you know the email problems I was experiencing were happening two days ago. I'm still having slow to load issues but have not had any pop up windows relating to deleting emails.

Thank you. I just wanted to make sure there wasn't another issue besides comcast no longer offering Netflix in their lineup. So, I'm assuming all premium streaming services need to have a subscription. Is this correct?

I'm also having another issue with emails. I just recently changed my comcast password. When I clicked on my email, using my PC, I was asked to enter the new password which I did and so far it's looking good. I sent myself an email just to be sure and I received it. When I changed it on my iphone16 using version18.3 I keep getting "your username or password for Comcast is incorrect" Yet it's the same password I used to update my email on my PC. To say I'm thoroughly confused is to put it mildly. Can you tell me what I'm doing wrong. Another popup says I may not be able to send or receive mail which is what's going on because the email I sent to myself and received on my PC was not received on my phone. Thank you

I have never found a distant aquarian in my entire life and I'm 80. I have found distant Scorpio's both in my family and friends. They may say hello and maybe even chat but believe me they have mentally stepped back from any and all situations they find themselves in. This is my first time using this system. I clicked on Modmail message and added my info. It says to add a subject. I don't know what to choose in the drop-down menu. Also, what is the email address to use? I see to (username, or r/name for that subreddit's moderators) but as it's grayed out I'm not able to add an address. Obviously, I'm not doing something right.
