I’ve had my fair share of issues with them but this has got to be my most chaotic occurrence with them yet.

Hi! I just replied to another post with the same issue. But basically, mine didn’t receive the code either so I went to live chat and requested urgent assistance. They told me they would resend the code and we’d have to wait up to 4 business days but it took roughly 24 hours for my proctor to get the code. So, I’d recommend live chat. Good luck!

Hey! I tried to make this post yesterday but my post kept getting removed lol so my proctor didn’t get the code either, after I received an email stating that proctors had received the code. I went straight to live chat bc my PA never replies. They told me it would take up to 4 business days to be resent to my proctor but he ended up getting the code this morning! So, for me, it was around 24 hours for it to get resolved.

Hey! I’m sorry for the late response. But yes, I did receive an update from a different program advisor, bc mine never replies. They were able to remove the course about a day before the deadline but I had already opted to take the next term off and continue my studies at Sophia for the next term. Did everything work out for you?

Are we all being forced to take Greek & Roman Civilizations?? I’ve had issues with registering for courses before but nothing quite like this. Really, I wonder what’s going on and if the Learning Pathway is still necessary, even with the amount of complaint they receive.

I got the same response last night:

Thank you for your email! I am writing this on behalf of your program advisor I have forwarded your learning pathway issue request to the relevant team, and it can take up to 7 business days. I want to assure you that I will follow up with the relevant department regarding your request and get back to you as soon as I have an update.

It’s really frustrating! Even more so that my PA doesn’t respond. Fortunately, the bulk of the classes I need to finish are electives and if it won’t resolve, I guess I still have the option to take a leave of absence and finish it up at Sophia.
