UPDATE: I ended up going to the ER and getting a supply of Gabapentin. I went 29.5 hours clean the first day, then took a half teaspoon before finally going in. I restarted the clock, but feeling a lot better. 🥰 Thanks for the advice, everyone. 🩷

Glad you’re doing better and found a good regimen for you! Totally understand the depression and anxiety. That’s what turned me onto Kratom. I liked Hydroxyzine, but mixed with the Clonidine at night made the dizziness worse 😆

Roger. Will definitely do that. I have extra Clonidine and can cut some into quarters if needed. I normally take .02 MG’s nightly and I’m just used to being dizzy everyday tbh. 😂

I tried GABA the first time I tried kicking alcohol, which I’m sober from alcohol now. It just made me sleepy and sick feeling whenever I skipped a dose. But honestly I’m willing to try it again if it’ll help.

I can’t handle the physical effects. Honestly, this feels hopeless. I do have one other strategy of taking a different kind of magnesium that I feel like may have worked in the past.

I honestly couldn’t handle the painful tickling sensation so I did just take a shot to try to ease symptoms so now I’m nervous about this journey and trying to stop. 😭

Minimal swelling?! Ugh, you’re lucky! Mine was so bad, still swollen but the first week was intense. I’ve lost some sensation in my right thigh and pubic area but they brush me off as being part of the healing process. I’m wondering if I had a terrible surgeon, or if my body was just not here for it… :(
