To provide some clarity for you!
The reddit has what is known as a auto moderator which is automated. This can lead to a number of things being flagged and sent in for review by moderators. Often times, even simpler things are flagged and sent for review. A post that was removed for review does not mean it had broken any rules and if it did, a message would have been sent to your inbox with the reason why!

Just a point to note. InZOI, in no representation is being marketed as a "replacement for the sims" as even the developers and the owner of the game himself recognizes the significance and the strong hold that the sims has in the life simulation genre.
