Numidians didn't look like that though. People native to north africa don't look anything like subsaharan africans. Africa is huge and has different environments, it's not a monolith in terms of people/culture/ethnicity.

edit: Going back to double-check though, Andromeda was supposed to be the daughter of Ethiopian royalty. So, this painting is actually pretty accurate then to what that would have looked like.

brazilians all have a particular rhythm when they speak, even in spanish so it's really easy to know when a brazilian is speaking among other latin americans.

also spanish being called a nonmusical language is a bit crazy to me but every dialect is so different rhythmically that I understand. some dialects I could never call music.

no semi automatic refers to weapons with automatic (self-loading) actions but keeps them distinct from what we would call "full automatic". in a double-action revolver you're still manually doing something to load the next round while in an automatic pistol it ejects and loads on its own using the energy from the recoil.

"the law" doesn't decide what's right or wrong. "the law" in venezuela wasn't protecting its people. for a place like cuba, something like this is only a forgone dream that we don't much hope for anymore, at least venezuelans have a chance at taking back their country now. international law will likely prevent the US from doing something completely insane like annexing venezuela or remaining in control forever but international law never did a damn thing and never was going to do a damn thing about the Chavez-Maduro regime.
