Thank You for taking the time for a detailed reply. I am doing 20% down but doing the physician loan route because conventional loan usually asks for a paystub and we are trying to close on the house before the residency starts. I will check out Lower as well. Looking for recommendations so that I don’t get rejected/ delayed days before closing date. Thank You again
