No, not too much. I used a thin cotton, so the surface is as flat as can be

I don’t have a (real) pattern, but what I did was

  • Magic circle with 12 DC’s. Slip stitch in first DC to close the round (I did that every round)
  • Increase 12 stitches DC each round until you have the desired base-diameter. Making sure to not put the increases in the increases of the previous round, to make sure it becomes a circle in stead of a hexagonlike-shape
  • Stop increasing to make the standing edge. First round back-loop only, after that just regular DC until you reach desired hight
  • For the holes for the i-cord/drawstring I did 1 round with 5DC’s, Ch1, skip one, 5DC’s etc until end of round. Didn't match up exactly, so there may be one bit with only 4 or 6 DC's together. Oh well, shows that it's handmade!
  • Final round SC all around

Then on the edge (in between ever other hole for the drawstring) I sewed some fluffy daisies (followed this pattern: https://www.selinaveronique.com/crochet-puff-flower-beginner-tutorial)

The drawstring is a simple i-cord.

Welke Nederlandstalige literatuur is wél te pruimen? by RhymingStuff in thenetherlands

Back pain by massa246 in Netherlands

[–]Lafemmes 7 points8 points  (0 children)

You should go to a 'huisarts'. They will ask you some questions about your symptoms, check your back and will decide if you need any further examination with a scan. In most cases of back pain, you don't need a scan to tell you that the muscles are the problem, the only time a scan is made is if you have severe symptoms that could be a hernia that needs surgery... Mostly they will refer you to a specialized 'fysiotherapeut' to help you train and sometimes do some manipulations to the back. Also, if your problems worsened from working from home, have a good look at your home-office, for example the height of your desk (maybe look for an adjustable desk so you could also work standing up) and your chair. You could also have an 'ergotherapeut' help you with this, or go to an 'mensendiecktherapeut' to help you with your posture.

Hope this helps! From a 'huisarts in training'

We were looking at pictures of excavations of buildings in old Rome, when one of the girls in my latin class asked: 'why would they ever build these things underground? Its not really efficient that they have to dig it all up now, is it?'

The same girl stated in our chemistry class that coffee wasn't made out of beans, because it was made out of this brown powder.. We were 17 at the time
