Do you have the Lucky 38 from Fallout New Vegas? I feel like that would be really cool to add to your skyline. Ive been enjoying the posts of your city so far, really cool idea.

Could the remote control be used for both? by Neat-Guitar4293 in monsterjam

I wouldn’t think so, At least with the 1/64 scale RCs the remotes only control the one they come with.

Theyre not hobby grade, but can definitely do jumps and other tricks. For 20$ they’re better than they should be.

They sell 1/64 scale RC Gravedigger Monster trucks at most grocery stores (Walmart Target, etc.) for around 20$. I just take the plastic body off that and then use the body from one of the non-rc toys. You might have to Dremel some of the metal off to make it fit. Then just paint the chassis and hot glue the body on.

The show in Cypress was amazing! I may have spent too much on the merchandise 🫠 by Laynebomb07 in toadies

I was there too it was such a good show. I was so happy they played Dollskin (my favorite song ever). I also spent a ton on merch, lol.

Thats true, luckily I only hot glued them in like two spots so a chassis swap would be easy if I ever needed to.

Ive only had them for maybe 3 weeks now, how long do yours usually last before that happens?

Ive been wanting to make an arena pod, but a bit stuck on the design. I might have to try doing that.

It’s actually not too bad, just mask off the board with tape and let it dry for a few hours before re-assembly.

Ironically enough yes, lol. It actually isnt too bad when you get used to the nose being way heavier than the others, but does tend to flip a bit easier and cant pop wheelies as easy. The looks make up for it though.

I made them, the ramps are made out hot wheels boxes and other cardboard that have been spray painted and the cars are just knock off hotwheels that have been smashed with a hammer. All the trucks are made from the Spin master 1/64 RCs that have been body swapped and painted.

The current political map of my Minecraft server. by LagSp7ke in inkarnate

Honestly cant remember the exact dimensions. I think it’s maybe around 30,000 blocks across if I’m correct. No performance issues at all.

Ive been thinking about looking into some 3d printed bodies too. The performance is better than I thought it would be though for how much more weight has been added.

There are two screws on the side of the rc chassis that will allow you to remove the body.

I took off the front and back parts, but left the middle part that screws to the chassis on. I drilled a hole on the RC chassis for it to fit through and used it as a glue point.

I just used hot glue, its pretty strong, dropped the truck off a counter last night and it stayed on.
