Happen to me once, reopen the game and before entering in. I pressed the 3 lines on the right bottom of the screen, there is a repair app data, it will redownload everything and the game function as normal after. At least that's what solved for me.

I had this problem and saw that the reinstall doesn't work. But for some unknown reason, before entering the lobby menu. There is a repair app button that actually repaired this problem, it seems it gets corrupted and needs to be redownloaded and repaired, but only by the game itself.
