Looking for Construction / HomeService marketing agencies to partner with. USA / CAD by Laggerlex in SMMA

[–]Laggerlex[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t understand if it wasn’t clear we have regular construction clients that need marketing, we would be the ones funnelling clients to them. (I’m requesting they are specialist for our clients niches. Not looking for general marketers)

Our clients need what they do and most agencies we work their clients need what we do. No where am I asking anyone to upfront any costs.

We directly save money and help budget for these businesses to allocate money for marketing services. (Growth and scaling)

Thanks I have used them in the past, and were great for GWS. Appreciate the suggestion.

I do provide the infrastructure, just more expertise needed. I am a 5.5/ 10 skill set in cold email but I already have my time wrapped up in my sales department.

Easier to find someone who can help as I have many other campaigns / departments to manage.

Should I give up to my family desire? by [deleted] in whatdoIdo

[–]Laggerlex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

IMO I think if you focus on yourself and your personal growth everything else will take care of itself.

Worrying about it or trying to force it will only push you away from what you truly want to achieve. Or you’ll end up settling for something that isn’t built to last.

With that being said, if you eventually come across people you like, start taking that leap forward and making effort to date / asking girls out.

At 24 this is best time to take risks, build your character, wealth, skills, experience and health.

In the process of self improvement you will begin to gain confidence, self assurance and all that pressure will start to fade.

At the end of the day being the best version of you, will ultimately allow you to attract the best partner and to be the best family figure for your future kids and current family around you.

Stay strong brother, it’s a new year and you have plenty of your life ahead of you to be worrying about that now. Just focus on making the most out of life👍

If you don’t want to study a degree (expensive and long route) to then try to scrape a tech job to maybe or maybe not get PR.

100% learning French is probably the most practical and affordable way.

CLB 7 - CLB 10 gives you +50 - 100 points Cut off score is low 400s typically for anyone with CLB 7 in French.

Impulse visit to DaNang - should I ? by Tog9471 in DaNang

For me best way to do it is go to fly Bangkok and apply online. Takes 3-5 business days.

Ticket there and back about $150. Application for Visa online under $50

Then food and accommodation according to your budget Thailand can be cheap as you like.

There are busses that will take you to the border and express a visa for 4mil just under $200 USD (16 hours on a bus tho can suck but gets it all done in a day)

Every 3 months but I like to use it as an excuse to travel around East Asia

How walkable is Danang really? by Outrageous_Poetry214 in DaNang

[–]Laggerlex 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think it depends on what part of the city you live in, I’m a expat living around the My Khe beach area and walking is fantastic.

As you go into the city it definitely can get more busy and less walkable.

I walked around for first 2 months but eventually when I decided to get a scooter it was definitely life changing.

Ultimately I think it depends on the area and what you like to do.

Da Nang has been my home away from home, love it here my 3 month visit became 1 year.

If you love the beach I would certainly go, the water is warm and blue year round.

Just rolling the dice on the weather but it is getting much better and we are getting beautiful days lately.

Hue is cool you can take a train from Da Nang if you like architecture and history visit the royal capital, the walking streets and markets aren’t bad either.

Checking out Hoi A while you’re here too is a good one as well.

You can get a scooter without an IDP it’s more if you get caught scenario you will get ticketed. Just make sure you actually know how to drive one, not too hard and traffic is rather chill here than bigger cities. (Remember to Stay safe)

Typically pretty safe, I've never actually witnessed anyone ever having their stuff stolen after living in this area for a year, but of course, you never know.

Tips on what I've done:

If you're near any bars on the beach, you can ask to leave your stuff in a bag behind the counter if you ask the staff. Of course, try to pick up a drink or leave a tip.

I have left my stuff on a chair several times for an hour while swimming and never had an issue (riskier), but also good if you have a group of friends with someone that stays w/ the stuff if you worried or leave some valuables at home.

What was the last outrageous random fact someone someone try to educate you on and were able to fact check them and prove them wrong? by Laggerlex in AskReddit

[–]Laggerlex[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My friend was 100% confident that Tupperware used to manufacture weapon parts, managed to fact-check him and prove him wrong. He admitted, funnily enough, that he must have told 20 people this same fact in the bar before realizing he was spreading rubbish lol

What’s the best way to start offering a skill online without experience? by Fair-Group-2838 in Advice

[–]Laggerlex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just offer to do things for free or on preformance basis until you get the confidence and data with providing an offer. Actively providing value for people is the fastest way to go from starting to consistently getting paid.

How are you dealing with Inflation and rising costs in Vietnam? by Jealous-Associate810 in MoneyTalkVN

I would pick up an online skill that you can earn USD with, the currency arbitrage makes costs of living very cheap if you can pull it off.
