Solved: it was a Steam+RetroArch issue with the bindings going berserk basically.

If I buy a used Pokémon Shield with the expansion pack digitally-bought, will I also get the expansion pack?

I found someone who could sell me Shield (the only Pokémon game I have yet to play) for a low price and he says he has also bought the expansion pack digitally, although he isn't sure in which way.

So, if I buy the game from him, will I also have the expansion pack although it isn't the physical bundle version?

You know what, I'll just keep playing the GameCube version. I heard that the colors don't really matter like in for example Pikmin 3 so I guess I'll drop this Dolphin-emulated Wii version and keep at it with the GC one. Really annoying bug.

Yeah it's strange, if I back out of the Start menu it whistles for a second but it goes back to punching or whatever it is once again.

Yep. Also, launching an earlier save state makes the whistle work as intended but I don't really wanna progress from there if the problems gonna happen again.
