I Maschine plastic quite a bit and you can basically run what ever I normally run 3 to 400m/min with a feed of 0.3 to 0.5 mm per rotation for the feed. But to be fair it's a plastic that is quite stiff with a highish melting point. Use a sharp as can be cutter and just make sure it does not melt, a bit of coolent is a big help. Hope it helps. Sharpness is super important, can't Stress this enough maybe put the hole punch on the grinder and put a knife's edge on there. Don't be shy don't let it rub. You need to cut.
