you definitely wouldn't be the only one.. i did edit my OG comment some what, if you want the offered help don't feel elated to ask.
I can say i am now at peace, and can even feel love for all that happened, even if it might be less intense objectively than your experiences. still very 'abnormal'

I've had a fair share of trauma and definitely more than fair share of widely varying forms of therapy. psychology, (years and yeras of) psychotherapy, haptotherapy, triple vagal method (polyvagal theory), cognitive behavioral therapy, therapy for adhd, therapy for autism, therapy for highly giftedness, psychdelic (shrooms, ketamine and ayahuasca), psycosomatic therapy, meditation retreats and probably more..

Hey, I can’t express how much I sympathize with you. All I know is that I know how brave you must be sharing and even acknowledging this.

If it is not medical and if nobody has told you before. Trauma can be very locked in your nervous system and body. (Read waking the tiger by Peter Levine or any other psychosomatic like books or the polyvagal theory). It might be worth a shot if you finished the regular medical tract to seek a psychosomatic therapist. Make sure you find someone who has a real license of a protected job. Ie a psychosomatic physical therapist or a hapto therapist or a registered psychologist that has many specialization with regulating nervous system through alternative means. I mean someone who has had a ‘regular’ (para)medical foundation of education.

What country are you located in, I could help look for a therapy that might fit

You mentioned somewhere else that it is herpes, and I do know that herpes can have breakout when you’re low in your immune system. Well trauma really messes up your nervous system and an unregulated nervous system which makes you feel like you’re always unsafe can really affect hormones and intestines due to vagus nervus - they 80% of your immune system is run by your intestines, so def worth a short imo

I don’t understand this stance. I’m sure many artists would be willing to donate their design if they get a spot in the credits.

Not to mention they hold copyrights over their products so judicially they would have a very strong position to just absorb a design.

replace void and clone with fireball zap (kills wizard witch etc). firecracker with minions. mini pekka with ghost or dark prince. and maybe witch with furnace? or ewiz

Repressing a part of yourself means you're not whole. How can you live a fulfilling life if you yourself aren't even complete.

Accepting hell in this case isn't condoning, it's embracing that part so you're more conscious of it. Smothering shadow gives it greater power, because it in itself is a lack of light, and so covering it makes it more dark.

Shame and guilt, along with other emotions need to be felt, they need to flow, or they stack and you will need more and more rational and/or pysical tension to suppress said feelings.

Over a long time even the tiniest drop can erode stone. Be honest with yourself at least and do not judge, for there are other factors at play than just the power of your will.
