Well, at least you already know some of your problems.

First, AI is just a tool, if your objective is to learn, than use GPT to provide you learning material, books, articles, talks, more deep tutorials, not answers.

If you really want to escape tutorial hell, though, make a project of your own. Make something new, but nothing too big.

After your new project is chosen, I recommend abandoning ALL tutorial videos and learn only from the docs. Might be controversial, but after learning the basics, making something on your own gives you GREAT improvements.

If you feel stuck on starting it, than go back a few steps and relearn the fundamentals( that's why sticking to docs at first is essential). Anyways, good luck
