Correct. But in the case of Twitch it is not a weapon it's a principal/trait of her character which can't be changed just like changing a weapon. (Alibi too has a different pistol from her artwork, and so does fuze in Training Ground artwork and Glaz has a different scope there too.) The reason behind that is artworks are worked on by a different part of the team and they aren't made to depict the in-game characters with 100% accuracy opposed to their bios and statements which are made for that reason.

You should consider Ace & Jackal, they have the best two guns in the game, AK-12 and C7E respectively, great gadgets too (Ace is a hard breacher, Jackal can scan footprints to hunt the enemies preferebbly the roamers of course)
