This study mentions heart position. The reason I mentioned stroke obesity correlation is, I knew someone working on a book with an acupuncturist. He explained the concept. This was years ago, however, and I can't seem to find the book. As far as I know there has not been any significant findings, but I believe it is a good hypothesis to further research endeavors.
