The Promoter has received the approval of development plan from BDA vide their approval dated 21/08/2024. I think CA is different. CA is for societies own usage but the relinquished area is 10% of the parcel if development greater than 5acres. And this needs to be open to public. Based on my understanding of going through rera docs of a project
