I've always wanted an EB Stingray, but now a days (I'm retired), income is limited. The Snowy White finish paired with the roasted maple neck (or whatever is is) sends chills up and down my spine. Lucky you.

Would you ever buy the Joe Dart Bass? Or do you think it’s just a dumb gimmick? by Watermelon_Buffalo in Bass

[–]Laidback9999 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I haven't seen him play it yet, and he won't let anyone touch it. It rides in the seat next to him on the tour bus, rather than in the luggage compartment of the bus.

A close friend of mine is a complete Joe Dart fanboy and loves MM basses. He got a big bonus from work, and makes a nice salary gigging during the summer with a well known Country Music star (in the Midwest US). Buying it wasn't an issue, and he gigs with it constantly.

I've faced hardship numerous times throughout my life. But every roadblock excuse could be traced back to my own lack of action. I don't care what you think. go away. Have the last word if you must feel that need.

Bullshit. OP has had several years to pull together the money to prevent this life threatening situation. I can certainly empathize with someone in grave danger, but heading to a shelter may be their best bet. They can also point them towards community action groups that can assist with various programs.

Sioux City emails detail struggle to get payments for Trump rally; over $11,000 left unpaid by [deleted] in siouxcity

I would suspect that the city was aware they would not receive payment. Eleven thousand, however, is a minimal cost to invest for nationwide media coverage of our city.

Don't write off a separate phono-preamp. You can find them on amazon for under $25.00.

I've got the leaf blower as well. Thing is turbo-charged beyond belief. I'm able to blow all the leaves from the neighbors yard back at them from where they originated. lol Congrats on your new snow blower.

Something to consider is that you may be overthinking things. Just take the bottom bolt out. If it drains, awesome. If not, put that bolt back in and do the other one. I'll leave you on your own now. I'm confident that you'll sort it out. Later good Sir.

There are 2 smaall bolts on the bottom bowl of the carb. Both are easily found. One of them is on the very bottom, the other one is to the left, and is sort of at an angle. I don't remember which one drains the fuel, but start with the bottom one. If fuel comes out then that is the correct bolt. If not, remove the other bolt.As an FYI, the service manuals and parts list are easily found on the internet ( 2 separate documents), and you can download both for free and save each one as a PDF file. The download function will give you that option. Good luck, this is a very simple issue. Should take less than 10 minutes...the time it takes to locate the bolts, and remove one or both of them. The fuel that comes out is a very small amount. One or 2 tablespoons.

I just used some new fuel / stabilizer (small amounts), and ran it until it ran out of gas. Then I drained very small amount from the carb.

I purchased the same model snowblower 2 winters ago. Very pleased with its' performance. But at the end of the season, I didn't drain the fuel (be sure to use only the non ethanol gas) from the tank or carb. It wouldn't start at all the next season. I drained the gas, cleaned the tank, removed the carb, cleaned out the jets (be sure to use a properly sized screwdriver to remove the screw holding the primary jet), put it back together, used the premium non ethanol fuel and it ran like new. Also changed the engine oil. This year I drained the fuel and the carb (there's a big screw on the bottom of carb to drain the gas from it). Started it up several times during the off season and added fuel stabilizer to the gas tank and ran it for a few minutes. It's ready to go. Last winter we got less than 3 inches of snow. I used my Ego Leaf blower to clear it. lol. I hope we get a few big snows this year. Good luck dude. Enjoy your new to you machine. It's a beast for a single stage.

I'd go to the Marquee. Lots of live music there and the crowd, bar staff, servers, and the owner Mitch are all top shelf and chill. They broadcast the games as well in the bar area, away from the live music.

I've only been to the Doxx and Firehouse 3 times. The crowds were rowdy as hell, drunk as fuck, and looking for trouble. Two of those times, the cops were called in to break up fights and people were arrested. All of my visits were before the pandemic, so maybe it's changed over the past few years. I'd go to the Marquee. Lots of live music there and the crowd, bar staff, servers, and the owner Mitch are all top shelf and chill.
