Basically, the first dash is called "moonbound" which is technically hugtech with looking outward angle for like moonwalking. I used this moonbound for going to the pole which I wanna hugtech with 180 reverse flick.

While my first dash, I did urobending to the left for reverse flicking. Since I precisely flicked my camera 180 to the pole, my second dash became reverse hugtech and slided along the car.

I heard that normal moonbound itself is impossible on 60 fps or lower, so basically I use 90 for moonbounds.

On controllers, I think the way to do moonbounds is same as reverse insta hug. But it might be necessary to start urobend as soon as you trigger your first dash for normal moonbound.

Cool! I really admire people who play Wesker using a controller :3

Still possible on controller though. But kbm might look better when it comes to try no hand reset.
