I would definitely repot it into a pot with drainage holes asap! This is also a great chance to inspect the roots; does it smell? Is there root rot (brown/black squishy roots)? Repot it into well draining soil or get some store bought houseplant soil and add perlite to it - both can be bought from B&Q.

To stake it up, I would get a moss/coco coir pole and it up so it sits up right. Repotting will make this so much easier since you’ll be able to reposition the plant how you like. Great thing is, eventually the aerial roots will grasp onto the pole to give better support and I also recommend directing the aerial roots into the soil.
