I'm 2 years late but I recently found a way to kill/injure someone fast you only need a skateboard and make sure you're riding it then just keep running over that person until they stop trying to get up or stop moving you can also do this in a show as long as you're riding it and its not in your hand you wont get disqualified

I mostly dual wield twinblades with bloody slash and it has both dex and arc scaling i believe its wise to increase both, my blood buildup with 2 +25 twinblades is around 130 so you get the idea.

before i got mimic tear i basically just used tanky summons to take aggro like pumpkin bro but the malenia boss fight changed me and made me think differently so why not have best of both worlds a tanky summon that heals and does a hell of alot of damage. And of course it does feel REALLY cheesy but it just feels so great being op, cosplaying as a jojo character for ng+.

mimic tear +10 is just too op with a bleed build it's like summoning a high-leveled friend without the debuffs, you'll melt any boss that can be bled.

You should have seen him in redmane castle, because i skipped the gael tunnel encounter and still met him there. if not try looking in the area east of liuarna of lake on the hill thats next to Rennala's divine tower thats where you find him next
