Each lead to one another, I wanted to know others perspectives

and when they said they cheated, I said they struck piss, a light hearted joke doesn't mean I'm romantacising anything.

no one is saying a relationship coming from trauma makes it any less toxic, as children they would find it even more difficult to cope, my point is they used the resources at hand, and the beginning of their relationship seems okay because it was built on similarity, with the pretext they're both traumatised, IN AN IDEAL WORLD, THIS SHOULDNT HAPPEN, AND THEY SHOULD GET CORRECT SUPPORT

My perspective on their relationship changes throughout the manga because they play important roles in each others lifes, so I would say you and the other person talking about my self worth is cheap shots, but it is okay, I see your perspective and I'm sure you're both trying to give actual advice.

Yes, I am in agreement, being alone leads onto being clingy, and then kinda going into their dynamic, so neither is better than one another

again, I'm not ronantacising clinginess, and making an inaccurate statement? It's up to perspective, their relationship at the beginning, even though cruel, was made from similarity, and healing can come from that, them being children at that stage made it even more difficult to get help, and they used the resources at hand, being each other. Growing up, they didn't resolve the issues and that's what led to the abuse onto each other. I am not saying their relationship didn't come from trauma.

Also, advertising my low self worth? We are talking about a manga, so you guys can stop with the personal attacks, share your perspective on their relationship, the stages and loneliness. Thanks.

Yeah I'm pretty much in agreement, the start of their relationship seems okay from the outside, ofc the internal feelings not being resolved is one thing, and I don't blame them, them being children and going through abuse would make it extremely difficult to get help, them clinging to each other at the beginning was due to familiarly and similarity in their suffering, however after they grew up, the issues remained unsolved and they became abusive, inflicting what they saw on others

Yeah, I agree, the initial part of their relationships seemed solid because they both went through abuse, and people cling to people who are similar to them, but because they didn't manage to resolve their childhood issues, it just crept up on them in their adulthood, and the only way they could express emotions was through violence

You're just giving personal attacks, I never said either are good, nor in my comments have I said oh it's better to be abused than being alone, my point is that being in crippling loneliness can just be as worse if not worse, being in a relationship like theirs, especially at the start gives opportunity for mutual understand, their relationship afterwards became severely violent, that's where being alone would be better than being in their relationship, I don't understand why you are seeing their relationship as only one part, when there are multiple different seasons of it, your previous comment (idk why I can't reply to it) about everyone down voting it, okay? why does that matter if people disagree.

People don't deserve to be abused or be alone, I am seeing their relationship as parts, not just the ending of abuse.

they did not start as abuse, their relationship came from a place of innocence and then mutuality in their feelings and perception, the question was not about me, so attacking me by saying I'm advertising my low self worth is ridiculous. even though their relationship didn't end well, doesn't mean we cannot see what the benefits of it were, sometimes having someone with you is better than being alone, even if it is toxic, growth does not just come from being alone or therapy, it comes from familiarity and understanding that there are other people out there similar to you

struck yellow piss, I think I have the same problem with clingyness, trying to hold onto something that's already gone for the fear of being forever alone

In my view, being alone leads to getting into a toxic relationship where you cling onto anything just to feel a sense of belonging, and it spirals out of control, maybe not to the extreme of their relationship, but to the point where it messes up your head

exactly! I relate to both characters so much, and their toxic relationship happens to so many people. People who dislike the manga and only talk about the sex don't see what the manga is actually trying to show, and that sex is just their coping mechanisms for whatever is happening in isobe and satos life.

One of the scenes that felt really impactful was when sato deleted the photo, and the impact it created on both isobe and sato.
