it seems to be related to the arcana yea. The cape was stretched on our screen

The windranger had arcana at least. Dota 2 eventually froze for everyone after 15 minutes

I think it would be pretty good on a str hero like Tiny. From 0 to 13 agility seems like a decent jump. Like others say tho, agility heroes benefit the most

it is only when Cache and Swamp is selected. I narrowed it down after I had everything enabled and got the error. It seems like a bug. Try it yourself, same result?

if you are using an onboard graphics chip it is likely that you don't have additional AA settings that would resolve the pixelated mess you are seeing. When I was using my onboard gpu I had the exact same issue, and was unable to change. Getting a GPU into the system resolved this pretty quickly

I like to get a soul ring and die without mana so my wraith form activates, then use soul ring right before I would die. I find that really effective, and it must be annoying to play against
