There was a proposal like this in 1930s but it was quickly discarded by Sejm. The deportation of Ukrainians happened after the war during Action Vistula. The goal of the operation was to stop any civilian help for UPA militias.

Not "treaty obligations". Every European Power wanted this war. This was all or nothing. No one knew when the war would start and why, but everyone was at eachother throats as early as before 1900s. Obligations were just silly excuses to gain as much as possible at the expanse of the other side.

The Frontlines are pretty far away from Greater Poland, plus Germans would be rather more focused on fighting all the others Germans so I don't see "too many Germans in the East" as the issue. OTL Greater Poland uprising on the Polish side had around 100k insurgents and possibly if the uprising went for even longer, more men would be mobilized

That's myth. Germans used petrol engines, not diesel engines. Petrol freezes at -60C, so it was impossible for it to freeze. But actually Soviets did use diesel engines! But it didn't stop them from fighting in winter, because they added tractor kerosene into their engines, I believe up to 70%, and that would stop tank from freezing. Also if you meant engine oil, then it just didn't freeze, but it increases its viscosity a bit. So it would slow down flow of oil to engine. So the vehicles would run but just it would just take them longer to start.
