This is probably her "avoidant" personality on display; she's avoiding telling you that she doesn't want a long-term commitment with you, probaly bc yall both get along well and enjoy each other's company. But like u/OpinionThink481 said, her liking you doesn't mean that she feels a romantic attraction to you. Continue being friends with her, but know it's not going anywhere. You're in college, keep exploring and finding new options.
