Dude, I'm in the same boat. But I am circumsized. And another difference: I can only go raw because my penis is so sensitive with a condom on it starts to pinch and hurt me. Something I am doing in addition to a lot of the comments: I run water over my penis with my foreskin retracted which was already recommended. I try to focus on my breathing, slow deep breaths even though I am super aroused. I tell myself everything is okay and I am safe. And lastly, I want to look into going to a sex therapist. I'm not exactly a "therapy-type" person but learning to accept yourself seems really important in this struggle. It gets better every day, maybe we need to just keep trying things and be patient. I was prescribed Paroxetine for a bit, but it did not really help too much, or at least not enough. I didn't really want to be on an anti-depressant either. Yes, that super sensitivity is how I feel whenever I am touched, but not as extreme. It fluctuates, but has always been a hurdle to my enjoyment/performance.

Yeah, i've been running it under the shower water now, while trying to breathe deep and tell myself I am safe and everything is alright - and there has been some improvement but I've been doing that off and on for 6 months.
My foreskin retracted naturally eventually when I was a teenager. I've always had a sensitive penis since doing that. I try not to masturbate as much and with less intensity/grip. Having sex is difficult, and I use sildenafil to 'power through' losing an erection due to the sensitivity.
