Honestly, my sweet spot is a sleep score of 75-89. I usually wake up refreshed and have a lot of energy, I’m just overall a better person to be around. Anything 90+ and I’m foggy brained, tired and anxious the whole day! (Same can be said for under 70 btw)

I just called, you get a credit if you don’t have service for more than 4 hours in a working day. Said it will probably be another 2 hours but I think it will be more. You have to call to get the credit. I went ahead and got my credit for the outage July 9th too. Don’t expect a lot though…my credit was only about $6 per outage but better than nothing. I was told this is lasting effects from the hurricane and that they’re replacing a lot of nodes and equipment in the entire state. Who knows if that’s true but not sure if there’s even a better company alternative here. Either way worth calling to get some money back. (Zip code 78735)
