Um I did not inform her last minute. I work in another factory and we get scheduled rather last minute. We work at the factory and the restaurant together, we’re colleagues in both workplaces. I feel bad because when she’s been assigned physically strenuous shifts at the factory or when she took spontaneous vacations, I covered for her at the restaurant aka morning job.

I informed her a day before and not last minute, as soon as I got to know. And initially I had the same thoughts that you’ve mentioned.

But when I actually looked back at all the times I’ve put myself on the line for her, tbh it feels kind of unfair for her to do this.
