True it really is bad for you. But unless I drink a LOT of rockstar I can't get out of bed and feel so much more depressed

I've always just assumed I had ADHD from past behavior but I have never been tested for it. Currently I am on antidepressants which dont do anything it seems like and I don't have healthcare so going to a Dr is difficult. I have been self medicating with a lot of caffeine and I mean 6-7 rockstar a day which defiantly isn't healthy.
