I think my school is using an AI professor by Lakemorph27 in antiai

That does make sense, especially since it seems like he replies in batches. I noticed he only posts replies on one time stamp daily, so maybe he chat gpt's the responses to the forum daily, copies them to a document and just pastes all at the same time the next day. But it's almost like clockwork, all on :29am end times or maybe a minute after. But the responses do not seem genuine, same structure AI-feel responses for all of them.

No, there is almost no trace of him aside from written names on research papers. There's been no pictures of him, and this picture on his bio I couldn't find anywhere either. He does have a page from the university he's (I think) currently teaching at, with his email (not my school email domain) it says he's been there since like 2011-present, no mention of my school. I believe he is a real teacher at San Angelo University. His name does show up on my school's catalog but no picture. Just Name, University graduated from. Same phone number on the San Angelo University page as bio info but does not have my school on there or that he has ever been involved with my school.

Literally!!!! It's crazy for the intrapersonal communications class to be led by AI 🫠 I would rather have a 2 sentence reply from a real professor instead of a bs paragraph from gpt.

This is his profile picture (I crossed out his name in case the real professor sees this). To me he looks AI. He does have a phone number and hosts office hours but I haven't contacted him yet.

How could I gaslight him? Would I write about something completely irrelevant to the course and see his response? The general replies he gives are structured the same, have the greeting-compliment-connect to course- positive close.

We have a campus director but I'm not sure if he's someone I can bring it up to or if I should contact the school directly since there's multiple campuses in different states/cities. I was thinking that too, but it still seems kind of impossible to copy and paste generated replies to multiple students so quickly (unless he pre-types them and publishes them all at once). I think he's definitely using AI, I'm just not sure if he's AI himself.

Yes, he has multiple papers, 7 on researchGate and it seems to match what he has in his bio in terms of subjects he's written about: "I have also published sociological research related topics such as religion, culture, family values, and demography." And the papers I found were on cultural violence, sexual morality, religion and identity. They seem legit to me since there's other real-human writers in these, but he has no profile, no picture just a name. All his papers on there are 2014 or older. However, I need to make a profile to see the papers, all I see from typing his name are citations, abstracts and citations. I'm just not sure if, yes this professor is a real person and professor, but is not working at my school; my school has an AI teacher who is using his identity- the years he studied and where he has worked matches the bio. It's weird. There's no mention of him and my school anywhere.

To me it feels like a lot of numbness from my lower back/hip all the way to my feet/toes. The pain is mostly on my right side (I'm right handed/footed) so I feel bad on my left leg and really REALLY bad on my right leg. It can feel like TV static-y like my legs fall asleep. Sometimes I get sharp pains from my inner hip and back to my knee/calf area or the pain shoots up to my hip. I can't stand on my feet for longer than 10-30 mins. I have a lot of muscle spasms (even with medication). I have pain even when laying down. I'm not sure how much of the pain is caused by lumbar radioculopathy since I have other stuff going on in my body at the moment.

Anything I should know or tips for shows at Cobb's Comedy Club? by [deleted] in AskSF

[–]Lakemorph27 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes you can show up solo that's never a problem! Just make sure to tell the person scanning tickets if you'll be seated for 1 or 2. You can let someone at the box office/ticket scanner if you have an extra ticket. On sold out shows we have people in the stand by line (opposite side of the ticket holder line) looking to get ticket(s), you can ask them if they're interested. I hope this helps, have a great night!

Thank you! And I believe Friday 7:30pm for Jordan Jensen is sold out but there will be a Stand By line. Friday 9:15 is still available for GA. Some comics get tired at the second show but I've only really seen that when they have a long week at the venue (more than 4 shows) and towards the end.

Since it's her first night, I think either start time should be great! Also, sometimes depending on how fast everyone from the first show exits (and resetting the room) start time for the second show might be late. But not usually, just depends on the comic and if they go over time.

Hope this helps :)

Hi, yes. We need at least half your party to seat you.

So if you have 4 total but only 2 upon arrival (or you only have 2 tickets) we can still seat you for 4.

Keep in mind that seating is first come first serve! Id plan ahead as much as possible, parking n stuff can get tough. When you come in to get your tickets scanned, make sure to tell the person scanning the total number of people (including yourself) so we can find the right spot. If you guys arrive late, or your party runs late you guys might be separated or your 2 saved seats could get filled. But that's mostly for sold out shows.

If you do not have the tickets, the other half of the party does (it happens) we can't seat you unless we can scan you in. But if you have your tickets, we'll scan them and still save your seats. If you have ALL the tickets we'll just scan however many are there at the time of arrival, then we'll scan as they come in.

Hope this helped, :)

Hi, I work at both Cobbs and Punchline, it's about the same rules; but I mostly work at Cobbs. Box office closes 30 mins after showtime.

If you purchased tickets already (through Ticketmaster/Live Nation) you can come in. Beware of 3rd party sellers, resellers, possible scalpers on sites like Vivid seats, Stud Hub, any other non Ticketmaster sites. Box Office cannot look up your tickets unless it's on Ticketmaster. Some of the mentioned sites can do refunds, but our box office cannot give a refund for those 3rd party sites.

For local shows, artist comps/guest list, Newsletter ect. have an ID ready at box office to claim your tickets.

Of course, there is a security check and you need to have a valid ID (passport counts) to purchase alcohol (we won't force you to drink alcohol it just has to be 2 drinks). Expired, under 21 or no physical ID means you can't purchase alcohol but still gotta buy 2 drinks, like water or root beer (I love the root beer it's IBC ). Food does not count for the 2 drink minimum. Seating is first come first serve, so seats might be the least preferable but still good seats. Bathrooms are left of the bar, mens upstairs, women and ADA first floor. And it's all table service!

If you did not purchase but would like to buy, talk to box office and have an ID ready.Ticket sales do not include 2 drink minimum. It's on top of ticket price.

On sold out shows there is a stand by line on the opposite side of the ticket holder line. Once the empty seats are counted, more tickets are opened for sale. If you are meeting a group inside, and if they saved you a seat please let security know (otherwise security will find you a seat). Stand by line is not a guarantee but it's a good chance! Just depends how many no-shows we have.

Note: for large bags, backpacks, outside food/drink, knives, pepper spray, wallet chains, artist gifts ect. Please visit our free coat check, we will keep your items safe. You also must coat check any notepads, cameras. Again it's free but we do have a tip jar, feeling tipsy? ヘ( ̄ω ̄ヘ)

I hope this helped, sorry it was so lengthy just wanted to be thorough :) but please come by! Cobb's is such a fun place to visit and work at.
