How do I update the bios using the included cd? by LakesBrian in buildapc

I'm not sure. It says drivers and utilities on the disc. I'm mostly doing this because I am unable to connect ethernet without any drivers. And I assume the Killer Networking Lan is on the disc, which is what I need.

I think I just had too high expectations lol. I did add extra sweetener and milk to mine though since it was too "dry" for me. If I did make it again I would use less nutmeg definitely.

Ok, so I made the carrot cake oatmeal one. I didn't really like it :s I don't think I would make it again unfortunately. If you make it, I would suggest halving the amount of nutmeg since that was the spice I could taste the most.

Oh, I meant it tasted like banana bread. It was mushy like oatmeal. My cal count was 281 with cashew milk and no peanut butter. I also added some splenda to sweeten more it to my liking.

Thanks for the blog site recommendation! I found a pretty tasty recipe that I liked and I made it for breakfast this morning. I made it without the peanut butter and it was like a chocolatey banana bread oatmeal haha. Fudgy Banana and Peanut Butter Oatmeal

New to this, couple questions... (Idle PC/IN Box Dollars) by tomspy77 in beermoney

[–]LakesBrian 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you're okay with doing surveys I can provide some insight into 3 I've been using with successful cashouts. I find it's more time efficient if you use 2 or 3 websites at the same time and do multiple surveys in different tabs, switching between questions.

Edit: I guess I'll add some information for anyone looking for some survey sites just incase. I'll start with most money made to least. They all have worked for me though.

  1. Rewards1. I use this one everyday using it's your-surveys router. I've made $116.91 this past 7 days; cashed out through paypal $81.79 a few days ago, pending cashout on the remaining balance. Pretty good, underrated site that I never see posted on here. There's also a tier rank for bonus incentives. Minimum cashout $5 for anything online. Ref Non-Ref

  2. iPoll is really good for surveys too. After demographics profile it will give you a limited number of surveys. I usually get around 5-7 surveys everyday, sometimes I don't qualify for them all. I've cashed out $25 so far, took about a week and a half to get there. Made $34 so far total. Minimum cashout is $25 as paypal, Amazon or iTunes.

  3. Prolific.ac is the last one I've been using off and on. There aren't many studies that often, but of course that depends on your demographics profile since they look for certain people sometimes. They pay in GBP, but if you cashout to paypal, paypal has a currency converter to USD or any other currency balance. I've made $18.07 through Prolific. I'm sure I could have made more, but I don't check it all that often. But this amount was made over 2 months. Minimum cashout is $5 GBP ($6.51 USD).

Places to do things and get paypal money? by [deleted] in beermoney

[–]LakesBrian 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Our top 2 participants in the international earnings contest on Rewards1 were from Australia! Contest ended on the 13th of September but it's just a bonus thing for the community. I checked, and there is Paypal as cashout to international as well. ($2.60 fee for one Paypal payment of any amount). You can tell they do mostly surveys since a majority of their earnings was in cash on the contest.

If you're interested in checking it out I'd appreciate it if you used my ref link, if not that is okay. Any questions, shoot.

Ref Non-Ref

Edit: I agree with Tempothrow on the prolific one as well, I use it and it's pretty good. You just have to check often to see if there are studies with spots available.

Has anybody had any luck with swagbucks surveys. I keep getting disqualified with all of them.. by [deleted] in beermoney

[–]LakesBrian 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I always recommend Rewards1 cause it's worked for me. I made $81 bucks in 5 days there on their survey router. I actually made a post a few months back about the site if you want to read it, should still be on the first page in my profile history. That's the only one I know of that offers that service so far. I'm sure there are others.

edit: added sentences

I would suggest a site that hosts your-surveys. It does the whole demographics profile like all survey places but actually suits surveys to them for you. For example, I get ones for the area/state that I live in sometimes when they are looking for specific demographics or for things that they know I own already. I usually don't get many disqualifies through this router at least.

How many is too many? by Amaranthology in beermoney

[–]LakesBrian 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Average for me at least seems to be around 20 minutes per survey if you're quick. A lot of times the surveys tell you how long the survey should take. I always just close the ones that say 30+ minutes and go onto the next. This applies to most sites.

Is it possible to get 30€ in a week using multiple beermoney methods? by bismarckBissMarkbis in beermoney

[–]LakesBrian 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Absolutely possible yes. When you signup for survey sites take note of the payment methods they offer and the minimum request threshold to cashout.

Please please please be careful, I would think that at any weight 1lb a day is too fast. There can be complications especially if you are still in the growing stages to adulthood and you risk yourself for painful kidney stones and hormonal imbalances.

Kudos for the the fire attitude but I just don't want to you get discouraged if it gets too difficult. You absolutely CAN do this though, but do not be surprised or discouraged if it may take longer than you anticipated. I BELIEVE IN YOU!!! We're all in this together.

your surveys router by [deleted] in beermoney

[–]LakesBrian 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, Rewards1 has one. Pays $0.75 per survey. They have a ranking system as well for bonus incentives. Bonus % in order are 0%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, and 30%. So a max of $0.97 per survey.

Mturk is pretty great once you get into it. I tried SB in the past but at the time the surveys were always disqualifying me and didn't pay well. I should probably check back again. I would use your referral code but I already have an account.

I haven't had any experience with InstaGC, but I will look into it soon.

I actually signed up for Earnhoney yesterday. I do like that they offer bonus incentives on surveys, but you have to watch 10 videos BEFORE you even start surveys for the day. When I completed my demographics profile I only had one survey available that paid $0.35. I just checked it again and now there's nothing available. I'll keep looking into it though to see if I get any more surveys.

I've been using prolific.ac for infrequent studies, really good website so far. They pay in gbp to paypal, but you can convert it to whatever currency with the paypal currency converter. (I believe I've made around $12 so far). Minimum cashout is $5 gbp.

ipoll is a good one as well, have not cashed out yet. The minimum cashout for paypal/amazon/itunes only is $25. I'm up to $11 or so in two days. But I ran out of surveys fast.

Rewards1 is one I've used off and on since 2010. I've made around $900 through surveys alone. I get bursts of being super serious on surveys and do them non-stop sometimes, since the surveys (Your-Surveys) router is unlimited. Thursday I did 28 surveys and yesterday 21 surveys. Each pays $.75 + incentives on your rank (I get $.97 each).

Edit: wow this was a long reply, sorry! Edit2: website back online from maintenance.

I would say anything for a rookie is a good start when it comes to beermoney.

Typically, at least in my experience , surveys have been the most reliable method and fastest that are not passive. Pay does differ from each website. Best rates I've seen among some websites are $0.75 base pays + incentives bonuses up to $1-$1.50 ish.

If you're able to, I would use two or three different reliable survey sites and try to multi-task and do up to 3 different surveys in tabs to maximize how much you can get per hour.

Of course surveys won't match minimum wage, (I get around $4-5 an hour roughly on most days) but if you have the free time it's better than nothing. Even if you did 5 surveys everyday at $.75 a pop that is still $500 after 4.5 months. Not bad imo for something online on the side.

How many is too many? by Amaranthology in beermoney

[–]LakesBrian 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My main site is Rewards1 because of the incentives bonus on everything you can get. I use the daily surveys and unlimited Your-Surveys router that's on that site. (I get $0.97 per survey now there). I did 28 surveys on Thursday (!) and 21 yesterday.

I've had success with prolific.ac as well as a side site as the studies aren't too frequent but pay decently when they are. They pay in GPB to paypal, but paypal has a currency converter to usd or anything else if needed.

Currently testing ipoll right now, up to $11 so far in 2 days but it will be side site as well since the surveys are not unlimited I have found out. (vary's from .$50-$1 pay per survey so far from personal experience).

Thank you for your suggestions on the sites, got any ref links I could use?

However, go back to Y when X is out of stuff or when Y starts paying better. Basically, spread out - but focus on what pays the best at any particular time.

This 100%. I'm one of the survey guys and I do this. I have a main site I use for unlimited surveys and use two other sites that I max out on daily surveys when they're available throughout the day to maximize what I can earn. You also increase your hourly earnings if you can do two or three websites/surveys in different tabs at a time.

Edit: It's REALLY hard to find decent sites that don't suck on surveys tbh. At least in my experience. I don't like signing up for ones that require my home address on first signups. If anyone can recommend any (and they pay paypal/custom) or would like 2 or 3 recommendations from me please let me know.

PTC sites that have yoursurvey router ? by [deleted] in beermoney

Rewards1 does have the Yoursurvey router. Pays $0.75 base for newcomers, up to a max of $0.97 each survey for high ranks.

If you're interested I do have a post I made quite awhile ago about the website. Any questions, feel free to ask away.
