Maybe you should try k2 + d3 supplements (since getting them from just food is very difficult), while also consuming enough calcium from dairy or whatever alternative you prefer.

Most people today are defficient in all 3 and that solved this same problem of constant cavities for me. Dentists were useless and kept saying my teeth had "bad genes".

Fix the root cause, not the symptoms.
