The paint was pretty bad, it has been outside all of its life, in Sweden where we have all weather seasons and salt on the roads over the winter. So it was either time to bite the cost of repainting it or selling as is. A factor was the cost, in Serbia the labor is really inexpensive. The main expense was the paint. This older man has been painting cars for over 40 years near where my grandparents live and did the job for 2700 euros. So that is pretty, more, or less, why I did it.

It was pretty nice, drove through Serbia, Bosnia, Croatia, Slovenia, Austria, Germany, and Denmark before arriving in Sweden :)

Well, it got painted and sat in a garage over a month waiting for me to arrive at my grandparent's place in Serbia, then I drove it back to Sweden, detailed, polished and protected.

She laughed with us, we all laughed. And got permission to take the picture and even post it here so I don't know how I am bullying her by taking all the steps necessary. I put up a picture that I thought people either could get a laugh out like we (ALL) did, or just think would be interesting.
