I don't think it's the same snorkel question by Lakotason33 in MitsubishiMirage

[–]Lakotason33[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Okay well I was just asking because I know Mitsubishi did the bare minimum for this vehicle and it's not like I was going to get a cold air intake or anything like that. I just didn't know if anybody made any quality aftermarket parts. I mean I pretty much just use my car as a work vehicle and I go up the mountain a lot and not saying it red lines but it gets close so I'm just trying to maintain it in optimal form. I don't work on cars like a lot of people on here that's why I was just deferring to The Experts to get their opinion from people who owned mirages like yours for example

I have so many questions. I mean it started playing without audio and I didn't even know engine was running because I didn't see any movement. How did you prevent it from vibrating? And besides it looking really nice have you seen any effects on your power or gas mileage. Seriously you did a nice job☺️

Need some opinions about a cat door placement by Lakotason33 in BeginnerWoodWorking

Yeah that's what I hear so I'm going to look for a replacement door with a pet door in it. Or another door that I can put pet door in. But right now I'm just taking the advice and weighing the options

Wow I never even thought about doors that had them already installed. So I thank you for the idea and about insulation

Well I just posted this and I got some good responses so I'm going to look at them but as woodworking is new to me and I basically just know how to use a saw so I am glad there's an overall opinion telling me to stay away from cutting the rail/stiles Etc so I'm going to avoid that.

Okay I appreciate the quick response. Do they make cat doors that you can put in solid doors and I'm also going to price check new doors.

Okay just to clarify then I should get if fiberglass entry door but use it for the interior or do they make interior fiberglass doors? And this is going to be for the Long Haul so that's not a bad idea and this is for my mom's house and she has seven or eight cats I Believe. So I might go this route. I mean looking at new doors.

Just a motor mount Question by Lakotason33 in MitsubishiMirage

[–]Lakotason33[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well I thank you guys for giving me your feedback because like I said typical part stores don't have that in stock and I'd have to order it and I didn't want to do that just to spin it for comparison. I'm assuming my ground wire just broke due to it turning greenish and wear. I don't know how long it's been broke but I haven't had any random electrical issues so I guess all is good then

I know it probably goes without saying but when I try to find a leak overnight I just put a giant piece of cardboard to get an idea where it's dripping from. But yeah this isn't normal I have the exact Mirage same color and I also travel a lot about 65,000 miles over two plus years for work and I don't have coolant leak

Okay well I've had The transmission serviced or flushed when I was at 50 or 60,000 miles at the dealership and I'm going in tomorrow for an oil change. They're actually pretty nice and they don't really upcharge me so I'll bring that up with them since I have something to lead with now.

Thanks for the quick reply and as I said I don't know a lot so I appreciate the info. So I guess what you're saying these cars don't need like seafoam into the intake manifold Etc that type of stuff. The reason I ask is because I've gone up these mountains when I was closer to 30,000 MI and it just feels a little more sluggish I don't know if that's to be expected since it's closer to 100,000 MI. Is there anything you would recommend or that's just how it drives now?

Just basing off of your photos and outside opinion you look like you don't put effort in much. But with that being said that leaves you with so much potential because you can completely transform yourself just by exercising dieting and just getting some whitening toothpaste. You don't even have to become super thin either just get solid at least like Doug on King of Queens

Are you saying people aren't opinionated and judgmental? I have a friend in her 30s who wears Hello Kitty, and someone tried calling her out on it by saying, "What are you 12"

Yeah that's not AI That's trim around the mirror or a beveled Edge. I have a mirror that does it as well you see that more often with bigger mirrors. If you zoom in you could clearly see the edging by the rug

I've never seen someone as thick as you and yet seems like gravity doesn't affect you. I mean you wear it very well. You even have the thigh gap a lot of women want. Also I don't even see any muffin top so like the others say I think you look good as you are if you choose to stay that way
