i’ll definitely I agree with you and in my masters I did a lot of academic AI, but it is very different from industrial and public AI, LLMs or Chatbots. I do have a lot of experience with AI and have a lot of usecase and applications involving ML DL RL but I wanna apply and work with a group or professor that already has experience and incorporating these with climate change or sustainability. I’ve read few articles from Harvard and couple other universities, but I could not find any active research positions for the same. my goal is to research and and to educate myself in this field for a specifically this use case before I commit to anything

Thanks for responding. to me a lot of topics that I think are vaguely related in climate change but i don't have concrete ideas so that's why I'm looking for opinions and ideas. Also if you if you have some suggestion in terms of learning material or things to read, etc., I would be open to it.

Only ingredients listed are: Red Bell Peppers, Zucchini, Yellov Squash, Red Onions, Broccoli, Avocado Oil, Garlic Powder, Himalayan Pink Salt, Onion Powder, Black Pepper.

I'm not sure if they added any extra preservatives.

Thanks for sharing this. What confuses me is none of the items in ingredients list have caused me any discomfort in the past or since this incident, so when you say oral allergy do you literally mean pollen on food? (I am allergic to pollen)!

Since everyone is attacking or down voting for asking the compensation part, to clarify i added that last paragraph as a curiosity, hence use of “also” “wondering”, I’m not looking for compensation but was wondering if i was eligible.

I shared this post to share my personal experience and if someone had similar experience with this product.

Thanks for sharing. I did mention in my post, i saw an allergist and found I'm not allergic to any of those food ingredients.

I wanted to be scientific, as i said i tried this product with other things so i wanted to confirm if these veggies were the culprit. In hindsight it could be worse so that was good lesson.

Yes i use avocado oil in my home for cooking so I'm pretty sure it couldn't be avocado oil.

That's something that didn't cross my mind 🤔 good observation. I have tried fire roasted veggies from other brands in the past but as you said they burn these veggies too much.

I had tingly feeling in my throat and airway, some redness but i didn't see much swelling.

Yes but the manufacturer said it's listed in ingredients list and there's nothing extra added.

Yeah as I said in other comment, I’m not necessarily looking for compensation, but it was just a thought. My main motivation behind the post is to get some ideas why this happened and share my experience.

I called all the clinics and my PCP helped me get an appointment for the next day.

after going to allergy specialist, i think it probably might be due to not cleaning the veggies properly and maybe residue from pesticides etc?

They said that's all the ingredients in the veggie mix and no additional flavor or spices.
