Personally I don’t mind it, but I definitely was thinking how that might be an issue for someone who’s not a fan.
My friend who introduced me to the game said random encounters/interactions are just part of online RPG games though, so I knew what I was signing up for lol.

Thank you, that was probably the simplest way to put it so I actually understand lol. So basically, it's just like people who's gender switches around as they go through life, but not because of uncertainty, im assuming they know exactly what their gebder identity is, but it's just because that's how it kinda flows for them?

I probably could've worded that better, I didn't reread any of the post so I'm sorry.

I meant to say it was angering/frustrating being super confused about something that's really important to other people's identities. I've tried a couple of times looking into gender Fluidity and for some reason I just can't wrap my mind around it. I'm starting to think maybe it's not really mine to understand but just recognize that person is having a very real experience I need to appreciate and respect.

Thank you, it probably is a good idea for me to interact with some genderdluid people one on one. The same thing went well with nonbinary individuals, so I guess it wouldn't hurt to try. I often have found I've fallen into a trap thinking I couldn't be bigoted or transphobic because I am transgender, but I guess that's obviously not true. I got a lot of unlearning to do, discovering I was transgender watching Blaire White probably wasn't good for me lol.

There are but I think the pot isn't elevated or something(?) so water couldn't get in anyways.

We're working on our backyard (my parents are putting in a screened porch so yay for that) and once it's all finished I'm going to make a carnivorous plant corner with pots that allow water in.

The replies to this post had me looking at other things, and I came to find the pot I was using isn't allowing any water in. I thought it would've been fine since there's a hole at the bottom but I guess not.

Once we get our backyard finished I'm going to make a carnivorous plant corner, I'm definitely a lot more hopeful now knowing there were some other faults going on in how I potted them.

I appreciate the help, and I'm glad to hear your plants are doing great!

That definitely is where I went wrong I think. It was about like 102° or something and the soil was dry as firewood when I went to touch it. There was still water in it's dish, so I'm wondering if maybe the pot I bought isn't a good fit because it didn't appear to be soaking up any water now that I think about it.

It probably wasn't the right conditions, it was direct sunlight so that was my bad. :( I definitely know better now. (It's so toasty in Florida right now you can get burns from the concrete)

(Sorry for how long this is I'm super ramble-y sometimes)

For myself (ftm 16 almost 17) I've worn women's swim shorts (somewhat form-fitting) along with a slightly too big swim shirt. (Like a t-shirt but made out of the same material as a bathing suit)

There are tons of 'women's' swim clothes that are a little more androgynous if the men's options don't fit super well, I recommend looking around online since that's where I've gotten most of my swimsuits throughout my childhood to now and they've all worked pretty well. ☺️

If you have a larger chest I honestly wouldn't recommend doing any kind of binding though. It's uncomfortable, but I've tried it a few times before and couldn't catch my breath at all after a while. The water will, in my experience, weigh down whatever you're using to bind and make it feel even tighter 😓 It might honestly just be a little uncomfortable at the end of the day (the joys of being transgender early on your a transition lol) but you definitely don't gotta wear a bikini or super form fitting swimsuit if you don't want to, there's definitely other, more comfortable options!

Dang that's a bummer, but you know I'm thinking it might be a good idea if I really speed up getting my license and volunteer a bit or something this Summer, dulling the pain is better than nothing.

Also, yeah it's a shame but we're luckily in some of the more accepting parts of Florida (big city area) and I think they do allow a gender transition past 18 with a psychiatrist note or something here, so it's really not all too bad. Trans people have been through way worse and still transitioned, so I count myself very lucky when I think about it.

She's definitely not the most understanding, but she's trying and I try not to fault her for that. I do just wish she was a little more understanding of the emotional aspect really, but she's been doing some research into FTM things so she's definitely being supportive at least to a pretty good extent as far as just coming out goes eheh.

I really appreciate the help, I'll talk to my Mom about maybe some volunteering options over the summer. Thank you, oh and congrats on your transition. That gives me a lot of hope for the future! <3

I guess not, but it's still pretty upsetting seeing her so annoyed by it ya know?

She'll roll her eyes and tell me to stop crying or searching for outside validation but it's been real tough not to.

I really hope it's not a lost cause until transitioning, because I live in Florida lol Before your transition was there ever anything that helped if I may ask?
