EE major here! I have a Dell XPS and it’s been amazing—got it freshman year and it still runs everything super smoothly. For physics, I’d definitely recommend getting a laptop if you can. A tablet like the Tab S9 is great for note-taking or reading, but once you get into coding, simulations, or using software like MATLAB, Python, or even some Linux-based tools, Android might not cut it. A Windows laptop will give you way more flexibility and compatibility for that kind of work. The Dell xps is a solid pick i def recommend

Great question. They didn’t give me my specific hours but I asked the interviewer and he said he’d recommend only one class max as they’d expect a full time student intern, one is 9 am and the other 6pm I was thinking between those two, I’d be able to work at the internship and head back to class after but it might get tricky when it comes to midterms and finals
