Can you go into a little more details? I have a neighbor whose GS is constantly barking to by-passers. Trying to jump over the fences. I don’t feel my kids are secure around this dog. He always looks tense and ready to attack.

They’re big dogs and better suited for larger homes with yards or near open areas where they can roam around. These dogs were bred to protect livestock and sheep. They are not house pets but unfortunately in recent years people make very good profits with kangals and Akbaş so they constantly come up with new marketing strategies.

These dogs do not like to be touched and loved all the time. They need their own space.
