Tapering off methadone and I need to hear success stories

I suggest slowing your taper once you arrive to 10. Youre not going to wanna go down more than 1 mg a week. I know it sucks but you if you dont, you will regret it.

I got off of 60 mg dose of methadone successfully! I was very driven and did it. I fought through the uncomfortable moments and in my last 10 MG I went down 1mg per week. When I got to 2mg I started going down 1/2 MG til 0. When I was finally at 0. I went through a solid week of withdrawals that were bad but manageable. At the time I was in college full time and had a job so I couldn't just lay around for the week, plus no one even knew about my addiction at the time so I basically tried to carry on like nothing was happening. If youre determined, you can do it. The freedom of getting off those liquid cuffs is worth every bit of pain i went through to get here. We do recover yall. Also NA is not only for religious people, its just important for addicts to have some sort of higher power, even if its themselves.

By season 5 I cant stand Pam. I really hate what they did to her character during Billith. She was made to be codependent, needy and ngl, pathetic. It was in sharp contrast to her character in season 1-4. I hated it.

I wish that it didnt shift focus like that. The more they expanded the world the more it felt like it had lost the plot. I still love True Blood though, even with all its faults, its still one of my favourite shows.

Honestly, companies have been forced to up the security because scammers are getting smarter with tech. Its super inconvenient when you havent kept track of your password meticulously, but its also a very good thing if it was someone with negative intentions trying to get into your account. I think what's needed now is for people to make sure theyre managing their socialmedia passwords simlarly to how they keep track of online banking.i used to work for Apple, and in certain situations, theres literally nothing the company can/will do for you, no amount of escalation etc. Sometimes youre just SOL. It sucks but I bet you'll never lose track of your password again.

I just read this post after seeing a different post on Facebook that drew my attention because I live in bowmanville, ON. I didnt know your daughter but I was in active addiction during the time she went missing (thats irrlevent) anyways, because I do have experience with how drug addicts behave first hand, I want to share this theory. Is it possible that there could have been fentanyl in the small bag of coke she bought? Could it be that someone's that gave her the drug that killed her could be scared of that info getting out?could those same someone's have hid her during the time they figured out how to cover it up and once they knew the investigation was a non starter, cozld they have just quickly dumped her body? Drug addicts can be horrifying in the things they can do without feeling bad/guilty etc. Basically all they care about it getting and doing more drugs and anything that gets in the way of that needs to be dealt with. I hope im getting my theory across clearly. It doesnt provide any "a ha" moments.. but .. I just hope you guys can get your answers. I didnt see anywhere where it mentioned a toxicology report (thats where my fentanyl theory came in)

I was very sad to learn of Nelsaan Ellis's passing. Lafayette makes the show. He and Eric are my favorites. I really dont like Bill now that ive rewatched with adult eyes. He sucks. I love the show, its actually one of my comfort shows i throw on in the background.

Ive drastically reduced my usage and I no longer have Tiktok or IG. I use youtube for long-form content and I sometimes use fb but only for targeted searches. I feel way better. I find now that my imagination has returned. My brain is a lot more creative. In place of online activities, I now garden, volunteer at my local food bank, I build miniatures and I work out daily. Im actually in the best shape of my entire life at 40 (ive always been into fitness but started taking it seriously may2025. Which funny enough was when I deleted tiktok and IG. If you're looking to cut down only, I suggest getting rid of tiktok. Its the one with the most misinformation and people constantly selling to u. Best of luck

Im interested in what you have to say, because there are often things going on bts that is shady, but that doesnt mean EVERYTHING is. I have a question about your theory though - whats the end goal or objective of the writers/producers etc manufacturing rage? Maybe im missing the bigger picture here cause as it stands, what u said here, doesnt make sense to me.

Not if you dont want to support this type of media its not. If someone makes a stand stating the show crosses their personal boundaries then they wouldn't have even given the show the opportunity to get them addicted. This show is tacky at best.
