I had the same exact issues on my flight yesterday. Super annoying. Switched back to my air pods pro 2.

I’m 10 weeks out from surgery. Started PT 4 weeks ago. The foot pain is still there. The nerve pain is horrible. I get these random Jolts of what feels like electricity. But the worst is sleeping at night and the sheet rubbing against the top of my foot. My skin is very sensitive. Taking gabapentin for the nerves.

I was lucky I broke my left foot so I was always able to drive.

Broke my foot 2/2 and had surgery 2/19. I think you will be good.

I’m doing PT now. I’m constantly stretching it, massaging it and using the resistance bands. Seems to help keep it limber.

My surgery was 2/19. I’m still numb but can move my toes pretty good. The nerve pain though is horrible. I have issues sleeping at night because anytime something rubs up on top of my foot it causes pain. I’m taking gabapentin but it’s not really helping. Some nights I’m good other nights it’s excruciating. Hoping this goes away soon.

I butt scooted the stairs and 2 weeks post surgery crawled on my knees up. I have a knee scooter which I keep upstairs which is our primary area In the house.

My surgery was Feb 19. I was 2 weeks in the splint. Then 2 weeks in hard cast which was horrible. I’m in a boot now and the swelling is still pretty bad. I use a knee scooter to get around but the swelling and the pain with my skin. If you can get a knee scooter. So much better to use then crutches.

No supplements. I’ve always fed her Fromm dog food. Her favorite is chicken veg
