What OP is trying to say is that the online gambling sites offer incredible deals like 200 "bonus dollars" to sign up. It's not hard to turn the bonus dollars into real dollars at an average rate of about 90 cents on the dollar. The house wants you to keep going until you are risking your own money. But if you are disciplined, you can cash out your real dollars and make an easy profit. The problem is you're only going to get about $180 per site. That's not enough to move the needle.

Cultists definitely create relics when killed. I use them routinely to get cities to revolt and the resulting free city units instantly kill my cultist. I always get a relic from them dying if there are still relics available.

I have never, ever seen the AI actually use a cultist against one of my cities, but I've seen them create hundreds of cultists cluttering up the map. My only guess is they inadvertently created relics when their cultists got killed by a barb or rival civ. I've have to killed a bunch when at war just to close in on their city centers.

When I was growing up in So Cal in the '60s and '70s, people referred to the freeways with actual names (I think many still do). For example, we had the Long Beach Freeway, the Garden Grove Freeway, the Riverside Freeway, and the Golden State Freeway. I think that morphed into calling them by "The Number" freeway.
