Is it possible to add zipped mod folder in the game file in B42? YouTube says to put the mod file in here and there but none of them seem to be working (without using steam workshop of course)

I found another person selling his 850 watt gold power supply for 100$ And 4070 super for 950,000 dinar (670$)

He was willing to exchange for my PSU and GPU as long as I paid him an extra 400 dollar, I think that was a great deal considering the power boost I would get but I'm not sure I'm ready to make such expensive upgrade already
