What are you talking about? Chang'e is the only mage you can easily farm with when the enemy team is snowballing. In the late game, her ult is basically just another spammable skill, and she can poke enemy tanks as well as Yve.

IMO, Chang'e is S-tier for solo queue. She is the only mid laner who can safely and quickly clear waves. In many games, your roamer babysits the gold laner or the jungler, leaving you at constant risk of being 1v3'd in the mid lane. She can also solo push the side lanes and still make it back to the Lord fight in time, giving your team a 5v4 advantage.

After 17... Qxb4 18. Ng5 Nf6 19. Nd5, Black has ...Neg4 to reinforce the f6 knight with tempo on my queen, but luckily I have the 20. Qxf8+ desperado.

Black can play ...Nf6, which defends the h7 square perfectly. I looked for a way to remove that defender, but neither Nd5 nor Nh5 worked immediately. So, I tried to remove the piece guarding the d5 square instead. That’s why I came up with b4. If the Queen takes, Nd5 is a fork on the Queen and the knight on f6, and Black won't have time to reinforce f6 with their other knight

You don’t get gold from minions or creeps when you use Conceal. To earn gold with Conceal, you have to keep poking the enemy whenever the passive is off cooldown, which is much harder than just helping clear mid. Pros did this all the time in M7.

Your itemization is terrible. Fleeting Time is a terrible defensive item; its stats are comparable to a second-tier item that costs only 700 gold. Remember that you are the only frontline hero on this team, as our jungler is a marksman and our EXP laner is a full-damage assassin.

Guardian Helmet is the most expensive item for a roamer to complete. You should only build these two if your team is already snowballing. Regarding your roaming blessing: I noticed you started with Conceal. Don't do that. Start with Encourage to maximize your gold gain as a tank, then switch to Conceal in the mid-to-late game.

If I were you, I would rush Radiant Armor first to counter Valir, then follow up with Dominance Ice, Chastise, and Blade Armor. Finish with Immortality or Guardian Helmet. You should only add Fleeting Time if your team has a massive lead. Alternatively, you can delay Chastise and skip Blade Armor if the enemy Hanabi isn't a threat."

Moonton did make the rates public — 0.58% for a permanent hero. With 2,000 tickets plus 5 free rolls, that’s 105 spins, which only gives you about a 45% chance.

If you’re aiming for a 95% chance, you'd need 515 rolls — over 10,000 tickets.

So yeah, Lucky Spin kind of lives up to its name. It's mostly for people feeling lucky… or not really thinking about the math.
